Tyneal has joined Southlands Estate Agents as our leasing agent and also lending a hand to our sales team to grow her knowledge in all areas of Real Estate.
Growing up in the beautiful Penrith area, Tyneal has always been surrounded by the breathtaking views of the Blue Mountains and the serene Nepean River. Leading her to always have a strong interest in the Penrith property market and the growth the area has shown.
Tyneal started working in customer service roles and brings over 10 years experience with providing customer relationships. She later worked as a debt collector, where she gained valuable experience in negotiation and communication.
As a real estate agent, Tyneal is thrilled to help people find next home and make the process as smooth as possible. She understands the importance of listening to her clients' needs and concerns and works tirelessly to give the best service possible.
In her free time, Tyneal enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new places, and taking her kids on adventures.

very efficient and excellent communication. My friend verbally agreed to rent my apartment, but I still got Southland Estate Agent to organise everything. However, my friend changed her mind and decide to not take it without telling me. How do I know? Tyneal called her everyday until she answered the phone. I urgently gave her the keys, and she took the photos and posted for leasing immediately. Open inspection was next day, and somebody took it on that day, leasing advertisement was only on the market for 1 day!!! She updated me everything, very reliable agent! Now the tenant is about to move in. Highly recommend
