very efficient and excellent communication. My friend verbally agreed to rent my apartment, but I still got Southland Estate Agent to organise everything. However, my friend changed her mind and decide to not take it without telling me. How do I know? Tyneal called her everyday until she answered the phone. I urgently gave her the keys, and she took the photos and posted for leasing immediately. Open inspection was next day, and somebody took it on that day, leasing advertisement was only on the market for 1 day!!! She updated me everything, very reliable agent!
